Two Point Hospital: Pebberley Island has 34 new illnesses, 10 of which have detailed new visuals. Some of these new diseases include the Blank look that makes the afflicted patients lose any kind of facial features and facial expressions and the Wanderust that are caused by extended feelings of sameness and boredom and include a painful craving for adventure.
